Mask is a sanitary product,which normally worn on the face to filter the air into the mouth and nose, in order to block harmful gas, odor, droplets in and out of the wearer's mouth and nose, and is made of gauze or paper. This production line realizes the fully automatic production of surgical masks, which mainly include coil material feeding, folding and pressing, nose bridge tendon feeding, mask forming, mask cutting, ear band feeding and welding, and finished product unloading. The entire production process from raw materials to finished masks. The produced masks are comfortable to wear, no pressure, good filtering effect, fit the person's face, and can be used in medical, electronics, mining, construction and other industries.
This equipment has a combination of a feeding and punching mechanism and a transporting ear structure. Each has an independent PLC control system and does not require feedback-related wiring. With remote communication control function, customers can perform remote monitoring through mobile phones (requires authorization), and manufacturers can remotely upgrade and maintain. If the customer purchases multiple production lines, centralized monitoring of multiple locations can be achieved. It can also be monitored and displayed on the mobile APP, PC, or large TV screen.
