Haiwell IoT Management System Solution for Vegetable Production based on Cloud Data Center

With the continuous improvement of the degree of automation in modern agriculture and the continuous expansion of production scale, multi-site production has been the trend, multi-point centralized control has become a necessary part of production management. This article will introduce the solution of modern agricultural Internet of things management and control system based on Haiwell cloud data center.


Haiwell Cloud Data Center is a data exchange service for centralized monitoring and management of multi-point data. In short, as long as you use Haiwell IoT terminal equipment, you can exchange and centrally monitor these devices through Haiwell Cloud Data Center.Fox example:

①Centralized monitoring of multiple sets of equipment in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and the United States to Xiamen's central control configuration;

② Use the touch screen at home to monitor the IoT Cloud Box data in the office;

③ Read the liquid level height of a well in the distance at an unlimited distance in the local touch screen control cabinet;

④ On the large screen of the oilfield central control center, monitor the pressure and flow of valves in various parts of the oilfield;


In this example, the vegetable production IoT management system is to collect the data of agricultural greenhouses in various provinces and cities through the Haiwell Cloud Data Center to centralize the data to the application of centralized control touch screen display and control.

Vegetable greenhouses in various places reported the data to Haiwell Cloud Data Center via the Internet through the built-in IoT MQTT protocol of the IoT Cloud HMI, IoT Cloud Box and other devices, and finally concentrated on the monitoring and display in the central control IoT Cloud HMI. The local IoT terminal equipment and the centrally controlled IoT equipment support mobile APP and cloud website remote monitoring. At the same time, the production conditions of each greenhouse can also be monitored remotely through the Haiwell cloud camera. Haiwell weather forecast graph can show all kinds of weather information and agricultural production.

1.1 7-inch TFT screen, 800x480 resolution, 4G Flash, 512M RAM, wired Ethernet / 4G networking

1.2 Intelligent management, support cloud / mobile access control, strong operability;

1.3 Support remotely implement mobile APP,  cloud website and remote download of IoT Cloud HMI and PLC programs

1.4 Support MQTT protocol, support access to database server, easily implement data collection and reporting, and interface with ERP / MES and other systems.

1.5 Built-in MQTT server, MQTT proxy function can be enabled, and MQTT can be easily implemented

2. Haiwell Cloud Box (this example is used for centralized control):

2.1 Connect to Haiwell Cloud via Ethernet / WIFI / 4G (Full Netcom), remote real-time viewing and monitoring equipment

2.2 Intelligent management, support cloud / mobile access control, strong operability;

2.3 Integrated IoT Cloud HMI function, which can be directly monitored and displayed on the mobile phone / PC instead of the IoT Cloud HMI screen, which is flexible and convenient to control
