On January 8, an important ceremony marking the depth of schoolenterprise cooperation was held in the Optoelectronic Information School of Minnan University of Science and Technology - "Haiwell Industrial Internet of Things Laboratory" was officially unveiled. The cooperation was jointly reached by Xiamen Haiwell Technology Co., Ltd. and Minnan Institute of Science and Technology to promote talent training and technological innovation in the field of industrial Internet of Things.

On the same day, Zhang Youchai, deputy director of administration of Xiamen Haiwell Technology Co., Ltd. attended the unveiling ceremony on behalf of the company, along with Liu Wuqiang, assistant president of Minnan College of Science and Technology, and the relevant person in charge of Optoelectronic Information College.

Discussion and exchange

At the symposium, the two sides of the school and enterprise carried out indepth discussions on topics such as talent training mode and resource sharing mechanism. The two sides agreed that by integrating the technical resources of the enterprise with the educational resources of the college, students can be provided with a learning environment that is closer to the actual needs of the industry.

In order to support the construction of the laboratory, Haiwell Technology donated PLC and Internet of Things experimental equipment to Minnan Institute of Science and Technology. These devices will provide students with rich practical opportunities, helping them to integrate theoretical knowledge with practical operations in the learning process of industrial iot technology.

Haiwell Industrial Internet of Things Laboratory will rely on the Qiyuan Innovation Laboratory of Optoelectronic Information College to create an innovation platform integrating students' practical ability training, simulation of enterprise production and research and development, and foreign technical training. The platform not only provides students with an environment for comprehensive understanding and practice of industrial Internet of Things technology, but also becomes an important bridge for technical exchanges and knowledge sharing between schools and enterprises, and promotes the deep integration of industry, university and research.
