With the continuous development of microwave technology, microwave sterilization is widely used in food industry. Microwave sterilization is a sterilization method that generates heat by irradiating microwaves to achieve the purpose of sterilization and disinfection. The principle is that under the action of a certain intensity of microwave field, worms and bacteria in food will absorb microwave energy to heat up due to molecular polarization. So that its protein denatures and loses biological activity, which has a rapid heating and sterilization effect.
In order to meet the needs of on-site management informatization, the traditional microwave sterilization equipment is combined with Haiwell IoT Cloud HMI, so that the operating status and data of the equipment can be observed more intuitively, thereby realizing the fully automated work of the equipment. A microwave sterilization equipment is used on-site to configure one Haiwell IoT Cloud HMI and one Haiwell PLC. The specific plan is to connect the temperature sensor to the PLC through RS485, and then the PLC communicates with the Haiwell IoT Cloud HMI via the RS232 serial port. Users can remotely monitor the working status, parameters, power, fan start and stop of the microwave disinfection equipment through Haiwell Cloud APP and cloud website. Configure cloud alarms on the SCADA to realize remote cloud APP alarms, WeChat alarms, and SMS alarms, so as to ensure the safer and more reliable operation of on-site equipment.

Selection and Configuration
1. Haiwell IoT Cloud HMI:
C7S-W, 7” Touch screen 800*480 resolution, A8 CPU, 4G Flash, 512M RAM. Support:
* Download program by U disk, SD card, Ethernet, Cloud;
* Intelligent management, supports remote accessing and control by Cloud and mobile.
* Innovative A/B Key security mechanism, multi-language automatic translation, program overview interface;
* Integrate Haiwell Cloud service, built-in Haiwell Cloud engine;
* Mobile APP push alarm information. If the APP is not opened, the system will send the alarm message to the phone of owner and administrator in a form of SMS.
2. Haiwell PLC: S16M0R
* S Series – Analog Mixed PLC, expandable to 7 modules, built-in RS232 and RS485 ports;
* Supports digital input, digital relay output, analog linear input, analog linear output;
* Supports 1 channel of A/B phase 20KHz input;
* Permanent program, program capacity: 48K, rich instructions, fully meet the needs of field logic control;
* Analog without writing any conversion program, and the field temperature is connected in one step.

Advantages and summary of the plan
1.The use of traditional touch screen is easily affected by microwaves, making the monitored data inaccurate, while Haiwell IoT Cloud HMI has a certain anti-interference ability against microwaves generated on-site, ensuring reliable operation of on-site equipment;
2.Haiwell IoT Cloud HMI support cloud platform, intelligent management, supports remote accessing and control by Cloud and mobile;
3.Innovative A/B Key security mechanism, integrate Haiwell Cloud service, built-in Haiwell Cloud engine, make access and remote more reliable, safe and simple;
4.Support the push of on-site alarm information, which can be pushed to the mobile phone APP of the owner and administrator to grasp the first-hand alarm information on the spot, and timely monitor the temperature alarm information of the microwave equipment. The Haiwell APP can also realize when the APP is not running in the background of system. The system will send it to user via WeChat or SMS. It’s very fast;
5.Through Haiwell IoT Cloud HMI, user can also remotely upload and download PLC programs, upgrade firmware, monitor and diagnose PLC information;
6.Through Haiwell IoT Cloud HMI, user can also remotely upload and download HMI programs, upgrade firmware, export historical data record etc. technical engineers can save costs of going out to debug.
