In textile production, the setting machine improves the hand, slip, color, width and appearance of the fabric by padding various dyes to soften, stiffen, slip, tenter and resin. For non-pure cotton quality, it can also play a role in stabilizing the size. The working principle is that the cloth is immersed in the material tank and is uniformly pressed by the rolls and then enters the oven. When the cloth passes through the oven, it will be dried and shaped under the action of high temperature hot air, and the cloth after the setting has a good hand feeling and a stable size. The entire control system includes synchronous system control, temperature control table communication control, and thermal energy recovery control.

● N series motion control type PLC can be expanded with 7 modules, also built-in one RS232 and one RS485 port;
● Stand-alone supports 16 points (8 channels 200K high-speed pulse input), 16 points (8 channels 200K high-speed pulse output).
● Program is permanently saved, the program capacity is 48K, and the instructions are rich, which fully meets the requirements of on-site logic control.
● For analog processing, it does not need to write any conversion program. We can directly acquisit the on-site temperatures, detector signals.

3. Inverter synchronization solution introduction
The synchronous system drive part can achieve synchronize by the inverter to control the motor speed. The speed synchronization mode can be controlled by ① communication 2②analog ③high speed pulse frequency; because the number of field inverters is large, the speed synchronization requirement is high, once the speed is not synchronization, the cloth on the machine may be broken. If use analog to control speed, it needs multiple analog outputs which will increase the cost. Therefore, it is the best way to achieve synchronization by the high-speed pulse frequency. According to this solution, our Haiwell N series host PLC which support 16 points each channel 200KHz high-speed pulse output, can fully meet the requirements of field control.

5. Solution summary
● IPC is built-in 6 serial ports and two Ethernet ports. The rich communication interfaces can meet the requirements of on-site communication control.
● IPC supports Haiwell cloud platform, intelligent management, supports cloud/mobile access control, and has strong operability; IPC defaults to Linux system and has fast response speed.

● On-site selection of Haiwell Ethernet PLC types, Ethernet PLC supports multiple upper computers to access at the same time, and Ethernet port can also be used as the master station to access other devices, which is easily debugged.
