Pump unmanned systems are generally used for remote monitoring and management of pumping stations in water supply systems. Through the Haiwell cloud platform, the pump station management personnel can remotely monitor the water level or station pressure of the clean water tank, the working state of the pressurized pump group, the outbound flow, the outbound pressure, etc in the remote monitoring station of the water supply company's pumping station; support mobile APP, The cloud website remotely controls the water pump starting equipment manually, automatically controls, and remotely controls the start and stop of the pressurized pump set; using Haiwell cloud camera, it can also monitor the panoramic view and important stations in the station to realize unmanned pump station.
1. Selection and configuration
1) HMI: C10, 10-inch touch screen 1024x600 resolution, A8 CPU, 4G Flash, 512M RAM. Support:
● Download programs by serial port /U disk /SD card/Ethernet/cloud, etc;
● Intelligent management, support cloud / mobile phone access control, strong operability;
● Original A/B Key security mechanism, multi-language automatic translation, engineering overview interface;
● Integration Haiwell Cloud service, built-in Haiwell cloud engine;
● Mobile phone APP alarm information push. If the APP is not open, the system will send an alarm message to the owner and administrator phone as a text message.
2) Cloud camera: CTQ3, wall-mounted cloud camera.
● 2 million pixels, 1080P 4mm, Horizontal field: 87°, diagonal 104°, distance 25m infrared night vision 30 meters IP66 RJ45 (10/100MB) with wifi, support SD card.
● Built-in video streaming cloud service, integrated Haiwell cloud function, support mobile phone remote real-time monitoring.
3) PLC: T16S2R + S08AI + S08AI
● T series standard type PLC, can expand 7 modules, comes with one RS232, one RS485 port;
● Support 2 channels 200K high-speed pulse input, 2 channels 200K high-speed pulse output.
● The program is permanently saved, the program capacity is 48K, and the instructions are rich, which fully meets the requirements of on-site logic control.
● The analog quantity does not need to write any conversion program. The site temperature, pressure and liquid level are collected in one step.

3. Introduction to camera HMI configuration
● The camera is powered on, and the network cable that can access the Internet is inserted into the camera network port. At this time, the camera automatically obtains the IP and the Internet is successful.
● Each camera has a serial number and verification code when it leaves the factory.
● Open the Haiwell HMI programming software - enter the peripherals - camera - add peripherals, fill in the verification code and serial number in the newly added camera.
● In the editing screen, the advanced control - camera operation, bind the camera, download the program screen to the Internet, the phone can be accessed remotely.

5. Advantages and conclusions of the scheme
● The traditional touch screen display camera has low definition quality and obvious lag. Haiwell cloud camera,the screen is clear and smooth. It is suitable for various computer room and pumping stations, agricultural water plant breeding, animal husbandry monitoring and management and other occasions.
● The traditional way to connect HMI to video is: the CVBS signal interface is reserved on the HMI hardware,this way the hardware interface is limited, the resolution is not high, and the display quantity is limited. Haiwell cloud camera and HMI video viewing mode. There is no limit to the number of cameras that can be connected in theory, and it can support remote mobile APP and web page viewing.
● The touch screen camera configuration is simple, just fill in the serial number and verification code.
● It support on-site alarm information push, can be pushed to the remember and administrator mobile APP, know the on-site alarm information, and timely monitor the pump station's pressure, liquid level and other alarm information. Haiwell APP can achieve that when the APP is not running in the background of the system, the system will send the message to the user in the form of SMS, which is very fast.
